细胞、血管和组织渗透性研究用FITC标记聚蔗糖—上海甄准生物

聚蔗糖是由交联的蔗糖和表氯醇合成而得的聚合物。聚蔗糖易溶于水，其盐溶液pH范围广。与蔗糖类似，聚蔗糖对酸的敏感性强于葡聚糖，因此必须考虑酸的pH值。聚蔗糖70是聚蔗糖一类，分子量70000。聚蔗糖有突出的生物兼容性。FITC标记的聚蔗糖70由聚蔗糖70和FITC反应而得。FITC标记的聚蔗糖分子量有20000，40000，也可以提供分子量400000。

FITC标记聚蔗糖FITC-Ficolls 主要用于研究细胞、血管和组织渗透性。优势是通过测量荧光性得到健康和不健康的组织的运输和渗透性。通过生物体荧光显微镜，研究可以实时进行。该技术具有高灵敏性，在组织液，浓度低至1ug/ml也可以检测到。
