原理：

(1) α-淀粉酶检测利用“Ceralpha” 方法

(2) Beta-淀粉酶检测利用 “Betamyl-3” 方法

反应时间：

~ 20 min (Ceralpha 方法)

~ 10 min (Betamyl-3 方法)

检测限：0.05 U/mL

适用样品：面粉、麦芽、发酵液和其他原料
