氧化石墨烯应用于超级电容器;催化剂;太阳能;石墨烯半导体芯片;导电石墨烯薄膜;石墨烯计算机内存;生物材料,透明导电涂料等领域。

氧化石墨烯是一层薄膜，具有良好的水溶性，可溶解在乙醇、DMF等。氧化石墨烯溶解在水中的浓度大于2 mg/ml。利用超声波，氧化石墨烯极易溶解在极性容剂中。
